Users are obliged to complete the relevant forms (especially information regarding age, height, weight, and medical history) with complete accuracy and honesty. Naturally, the responsibility for any complications, failure to achieve results, or consequences arising from the submission of incorrect and unrealistic information lies entirely with the user.

  • Importance of Age Group: The meal plans for children and adults have fundamental structural and metabolic differences. Entering your exact age in the request form ensures receiving a diet that will not harm your health.

  • Personalization of Diets: Each diet is designed exclusively and solely for the physical conditions of that specific person. Using a diet prescribed for others (even individuals with similar weight and physical characteristics) is strictly prohibited, and the website will bear no responsibility for the consequences arising from this action.

3. Financial Terms and Refund Policy

Given that the process of designing diet plans begins exclusively for you immediately after the request submission and payment, the paid fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Also, please note that any payment made in the system is valid solely for receiving “one” diet plan course.
