FAQ

Is getting an in-person diet plan better than getting one online?

To design a scientific diet plan, we require accurate medical and lifestyle information. All of this is collected through our smart online form.

Therefore, if you complete the form carefully and accurately, the quality of the diet plan you receive will be no different from an in-person visit. In fact, taking your time to fill out the form at home reduces the chance of forgetting important details, while significantly saving you travel time and commuting costs.

Who provides the diet plan?

Whether you visit the clinic in person or submit a request through the online system, your condition is directly evaluated by Dr. Atiyeh Mehdizadeh (Physician and Clinical Nutrition & Diet Therapy Specialist) herself, and your personalized diet plan is formulated by her.

How long should I follow each diet plan?

In your specialized diet plan file, the exact duration of the diet, as well as instructions on what steps to take after the period ends, are fully and transparently detailed.

Do I need to change my diet plan after a while?

If your physical condition, medical status, or lifestyle changes significantly during the diet period, you will need to apply for a new diet plan.

Otherwise, proceed according to the timeline specified in the plan itself, and at the end of the period, follow the included instructions to renew or update it.

Can I share my diet plan with someone else who has similar conditions?

No. Each diet plan is fully customized and designed exclusively for your unique metabolism and physical condition. Sharing or using this plan for other individuals (even those with a similar apparent weight) is strictly prohibited and can be harmful to their health.

What happens if I enter incorrect information in the online form?

Accuracy in providing information (especially age, height, weight, and medical history) is crucial, as the physician designs the diet plan based on these data. The responsibility for any side effects or lack of results resulting from registering incorrect information lies entirely with the person filling out the form.

Is the payment made for the online diet plan refundable?

Given that the case review process and customized diet design by the physician begin immediately after the request is submitted, paid fees are absolutely non-refundable, and each payment is solely for receiving one period of the diet plan.
